Each client is provided with a Bot that interacts with potential leads, who got the Bot's number either from a sales representative of a Client or from a social media marketing campaign.

We process data on behalf of our clients. Each Bot (and therefore, each Client) only has access to conversation data linked to that Bot's phone number.
