Undefine ("we," "our," or "us") operates a WhatsApp Business API integration service, named Bluebird, that provides automated lead qualification for our business clients ("Clients"). Each client is provided with a Bot that interacts with potential leads, who got the Bot's number either from a sales representative of a Client or from a social media marketing campaign. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you interact with our WhatsApp business service.

2. Our Clients

We process data on behalf of our clients. Each Bot (and therefore, each Client) only has access to conversation data linked to that Bot's phone number.

2.1 Our Clients' Information

We manage the WhatsApp Business API phone numbers on behalf of our Clients. We keep their data in GDPR-compliant servers and apply industry-standard data protection measures. Each Client only has access to their own data.
