Business schools have had a near monopoly of how leadership gets to be defined, and they haven't defined it with entrepreneurs in mind. At Undefine, we redefine leadership with today's best tools and understanding about ourselves.

It's with high standards we embark on this journey. Such a leadership theory would enable all founders to become experts at making work fun and fulfilling. Work can be a great vector of transformation for us when our tools and teams enable flow.

Embracing the complexity of leadership

Leading any team is complex, let alone a company with comfy revenue.

Startup founders don't have the luxury of an established work culture or a product-market fit. They must build that, and more often than not, learn how to build that on their own as well while managing their well-being.

Leadership theories don't provide a suitable framework for the complexity of startups. That's why the leadership theory we develop at Undefine isn't exactly a theory. It's:

  1. A meta-theory: Various theories will suit various situations. Our theory is really a framework of theories.
  2. Practical tools: Some theories get so bogged with definitions that become blind to the nuances of the world. We develop our tools to help you transform yourself and your world.
  3. A digital experience: To grow yourself, only your unique path will do. We are building an AI to guide you with it.
